As we wait patiently to put our winter coats in the spare bedroom closet, we can jump for joy that Spring is quickly approaching. Which also means that tax day is coming thus closing the 2016 financial chapter of our lives. Don’t get me wrong I am grateful for everyday I get to open my eyes and step out of bed, but 2016 was brutal.
We lost so many celebrities and as I talked to many people they found themselves mourning many loved ones. We had to decide if we were to continue with that overwhelming downward grief cycle or pick ourselves up and move forward with our lives. I was pleased that so many people I knew chose the upward cycle to strive for.
I have no intentions of making resolutions that will set me up for the stress of trying to keep them. I just want to live my best life this day. I want to be true to who I am this day. I want to love others and walk in integrity this day.
If we take care of this day, tomorrow will be fine!
